Job summary

Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking a New Client Advisor to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in the Medical Negligence team. You will gather information, record it accurately, and help the legal teams assess new enquiries with sensitivity and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, empathy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied workload and work collaboratively across teams.

Your Role and What You'll Be Doing

At Irwin Mitchell, we help people navigate some of the most challenging experiences of their lives. Our Medical Negligence team supports individuals and families seeking answers, accountability and compensation following avoidable harm caused by medical treatment.

As aNew Client Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll gather and record information accurately and sensitively, helping our legal teams assess new enquiries and make informed decisions.
