Sytner BMW Maidenhead is seeking a New Car Sales Performance Manager to join our leadership team and drive the new car sales performance. This hands-on role focuses on leading and developing a high-performing sales team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires an accomplished automotive sales professional with a proven track record in delivering strong sales results, leadership, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering strong sales and finance performance in automotive retail.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new vehicle sales performance through enquiry management and conversion.
• Lead from the front, engage customers, close sales and maximise finance penetration.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver a plan to engage service customers and convert them into future sales.
• Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance.
• Drive Finance & Insurance performance through coaching and reviews.
• Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent.
• Conduct regular reviews and development plans with team members.
• Monitor sales activity, conversion rates and KPIs to identify opportunities.
