Reporting to the Head of Business, this role concentrates solely on driving new car sales performance, with Sales Operations handling operational tasks to maximise time with customers.

You will guide the New Car Business Manager, Sales Executives and Product Expert, coaching to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a results-driven culture.

• Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and coaching at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the New Car Sales team to improve performance.
• Engage customers directly, close sales and maximise finance penetration.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to generate new business.
• Create plans to engage daily service customers for future sales opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and coaching to improve team results.
• Support retailer events, campaigns and sales initiatives to grow market share.
