Lithia UK in Chester is seeking a Business Manager to lead the sales team, drive Finance and Insurance opportunities, and deliver strong results for the dealership. You will manage customer enquiries, coach the team, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales team to optimise Finance and Insurance opportunities.
• Identify customer wants/needs and build rapport to retain them.
• Manage enquiries, motivate the team, and convert prospects into customers.
• Work under pressure, set targets, and monitor performance against budget.
• Address shortfalls with the Sales Manager and team; provide feedback.
• Coach and develop the team with regular performance reviews.

• A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
• Influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers

What does the Business Manager role involve?

• Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
• Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
• Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
• Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
• Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
