Job summary

Dentsu Creative, based in London, is seeking a Business Development Manager to coordinate new business activity. You will work with the MD on strategy, identify new clients, design prospecting campaigns and support pitch responses, while collaborating with the marketing team to create collateral, case studies and events.

You will build relationships across the agency, write compelling copy for credentials and pitches, and help manage the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, Communications or Account Management within a creative, integrated, digital or media agency.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging copy for presentations, case studies and client-facing materials.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and companies to identify new client prospects.
• Prepare materials to target the desired client list.
• Support pitch teams and coordinate activities across teams.
• Assist with creation of pitch content including credentials, RFIs, tenders and presentations.
• Develop stories and case studies to support new business conversations.
• Maintain understanding of the agency's capabilities and client work.
• Support the sales pipeline and lead tracking in Salesforce.
