Job Description:

Cure Talent is thrilled to partner with a rapidly growing medical technology company behind an award-winning medical device and transformative telehealth platform.

We are seeking an New Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and market penetration across the UK. This is an inside sales role, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to making a real difference in people’s lives.

As the New Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises in the audiology, care home, optical, and pharmacy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the SME segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare sectors.
  • Work closely with marketing to execute campaigns that generate demand and drive sales.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in selling to SME customers within either medical device or healthcare sales. You should be a goal-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable individual. You will have familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC. Have strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills. Be willing to travel to engage with clients on occasions.
