Job summary

Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS UK) is seeking a dedicated finance processing advisor to support dealer payments and data handling. You will manage dealer and customer data, validate documentation, and ensure swift payouts while adhering to FCA guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and experience in a call centre or finance-related environment. The role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Strong customer service focus essential and a customer friendly manner at all times.
• Full PC literacy essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding to dealer enquiries, mainly by phone.
• Entering / handling customer and dealer data via internal systems that processing procedures and response time guidelines are followed, with speed and accuracy being paramount.
• Validating customer documentation with proposal details when received and authorising appropriate payment to the dealer.
• Close liaison with other business areas including Customer Services.
• Maintaining your level of understanding of the FCA regulations to ensure you are competent to fulfil your role.
• This role is responsible for processing appropriate documents for finance submitted by Volkswagen Group Dealers/Retailers - verifying details and ensuring speedy pay out to our dealers.
• Advisors must possess a keen desire to ensure that dealer applications and queries, either over the phone or through correspondence, are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
• With key products and services aligned to some of the leading brands in the motor industry, our aim is to ensure second to none service levels and effective communications linked to timely and effective action.
• Fully PC literate, etc.

• An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Consumer Credit Act is desirable

• Able to cope with pressure and meet deadlines, and to work a flexible working pattern incl. evenings and weekends plus some Bank Holidays
