RX Global is seeking a New Business Account Manager to drive growth across its Energy Portfolio, including World Future Energy Summit and World Hydrogen Summit, among others. You will identify promising B2B opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop sponsorship, branding and digital solutions aligned with exhibitors' commercial goals.

You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal and contract, maintain momentum through longer cycles,

Qualifications

• A proven ability to develop and win new B2B business.
• Strong prospecting and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities.
• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities through longer sales cycles.
• Commercial curiosity and market opportunity spotting.
• Experience selling sponsorship, digital products or integrated solutions is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Identify and win new customers across emerging and established areas of the energy market.
• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through research, outreach, referrals and industry engagement.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their commercial objectives.
• Recommend exhibition, sponsorship, branding and digital solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage the full new-business sales cycle from first conversation to contract.
• Maintain momentum through longer sales cycles with clear next steps and follow-up.
• Use market insight and customer data to prioritize opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
• Work closely with Account Managers to ensure smooth handover and long-term growth.
