Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property in Bedworth, Warwickshire, is seeking a reliable Pre-Plaster Labourer for immediate, long-term work on a busy new-build housing development. You will assist plasterers, prepare plots, and keep sites clean to ensure plastering teams can work efficiently.

The ideal candidate holds a valid CSCS card, has previous experience on new-build residential sites, wears full PPE, and is punctual and dependable for an immediate start.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• Experience on new-build residential housing sites.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, steel toe-cap boots, high-vis).
• Strong work ethic, punctual and reliable for immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Preparing internal rooms and plots ahead of plastering work.
• Scraping walls/floors, sweeping out rooms, and clearing debris from plots.
• Assisting plasterers with loading materials, board clearing, and tidying work areas.
• Assisting the Site Manager with general site maintenance and safety upkeep.
