Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a hard-working general labourer for a short-term contract on a busy new build housing site in Newcastle. You will work closely with the Site Manager and trades, helping to maintain site standards, assist trades, and ensure daily operations run safely and smoothly.

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card, prior labourer experience on construction sites, full PPE, and be based in or near Newcastle upon Tyne.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required
• Experience as labourer on construction site
• Full PPE provided
• Based in or near Newcastle upon Tyne

Responsibilities

• Assist trades on-site with moving and distributing materials to active plots
• Sweep plots, clear construction waste, load skips
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site environment per health and safety standards
• Assist Site Manager with unloading and managing deliveries
• Carry out general manual labour across the development as directed
