Areyou an experienced conveyancing assistant with a keen interest in newbuild property transactions? A well-established firm in Leeds islooking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to supporttheir specialist new build conveyancing team.

What toExpect

• Assist fee-earners in managing new buildproperty transactions from instruction to completion
• Liaisewith developers, clients, mortgage lenders, and other third parties toensure a smooth process
• Prepare and review contracts,transfer deeds, and completion statements specific to new buildproperties
• Conduct searches, request redemption statements,and handle Land Registry applications
• Maintain accuraterecords and update case management systems efficiently
