Job summary

Connells-Group-2 in Cardiff is seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to manage a caseload of New Build transactions from instruction to completion within a hybrid-working environment. You will coordinate with clients and mortgage lenders, ensuring timely progress and clear communication throughout the conveyancing process.

Qualifications

• Law degree, LPC, or FCILEX qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage client relationships and maintain records.
• Experience in conveyancing, especially New Build transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full conveyancing cycle from instruction to completion.
• Handle New Build purchases and liaise with developers, often on multiple plots.
• Carry out pre-completion tasks including Land Registry searches and SDLT arrangements.
• Post-completion task management and file closure, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters.
