Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Compliance Analyst EDD to join our SMB Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. The role centers on onboarding and ongoing due diligence to safeguard our payments ecosystem.

You will assess customers at onboarding and throughout their lifecycle, review escalated and high‑risk cases, perform due diligence, and provide guidance to support compliant decision‑making while balancing speed.

• Reviewed escalated and high-risk cases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and AML/KYC requirements.
• Conducted due diligence assessments and identified potential risks and mitigating actions.
• Provided guidance and recommendations on complex cases to support compliance decision-making.
• Partnered with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to resolve regulatory and risk-related issues.
• Balanced customer onboarding efficiency with adherence to risk and compliance standards.
• Identifying potential risks, making informed recommendations and supporting risk management initiatives.
