Job summary

Nurse Staff role on Ward B7 within the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Salford. You will join a neurosurgical team delivering high standards of patient care and working within a multidisciplinary group to support complex cases.

Applicants should be a registered nurse with current NMC PIN, ideally with post-registration experience. The post emphasises teamwork, safeguarding patient wellbeing, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2).
• Evidence of CPD and involvement in teaching is beneficial.
• Mentorship qualification is desirable and demonstrates leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of care and act with compassion to patients and relatives.
• Collaborate with MDT to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Coordinate workload and supervise team members within Ward B7.
