The Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences at Oxford seeks a motivated individual to provide technical and operational support to the Oxford Brain Bank. You will help prepare, process, store and manage human tissue samples, ensuring quality and integrity for research.

Responsibilities include embedding tissue, paraffin and frozen sectioning, routine histological staining, immunohistochemistry, archive and quality control, plus database management and lab administration.

Competenze

• Experience in tissue handling and histology.
• Strong record-keeping and ability to work to safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Prepare, process, store and manage human tissue samples.
• Embed tissue, perform paraffin and frozen sectioning, staining, immunohistochemistry.
