Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Therapy Assistant to join the Acute Neuroscience Therapy Team at the John Radcliffe. You will collaborate with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants to deliver patient-centred care across neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, neurology and spinal cord injury.

You will support senior staff, assist with basic therapy assessments, rehabilitation, care plans and discharge planning, while maintaining records and stock

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with basic therapy assessments and rehabilitation.
• Good administrative skills and ability to manage equipment stock.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centred care alongside therapists and therapy assistants.
• Provide basic therapy assessments and support rehabilitation.
• Maintain records and ensure equipment stocks are replenished.
