Job summary
Active Care Group in Kent is recruiting a Therapeutic Rehabilitation Assistant to support the rehabilitation therapy team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. You will help deliver prescribed rehabilitation interventions, support ward-based care and work closely with therapists, healthcare assistants and nursing staff.

Qualifications
- Experience working in a healthcare, rehabilitation or therapy environment.
- Understanding of disability and neurological conditions.
- Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day rota.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills.
- Willingness to undertake specialist and advanced training as part of induction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and group rehabilitation programmes as prescribed and delegated by the therapists (Band 6 or above).
- Assist with mobility, transfers and rehabilitation exercises.
- Support ward-based care and personal care as directed.
- Maintain timely, accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
