A leading community healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist for their neuro outpatient team. We are inviting applications for a motivated and forward-thinking Physiotherapist to join our Community neuro outpatient team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to enhance their clinical skills within a supportive and dynamic environment. We provide close MDT working with our OT, RA, Psychology partners, and wider specialist nurses.
The successful candidate will benefit from strong mentorship from experienced Band 7 professionals and access to career progression opportunities. We foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and CPD, ensuring our team members are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.
As a key member of the team, you will be involved in supervision, education, and appraisal of physiotherapists, support staff, and students. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and participate in relevant service development initiatives.
We are looking for a physiotherapist with strong clinical reasoning skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for neurorehabilitation. Previous experience in neurological physiotherapy is beneficial, along with the ability to work independently and flexibly within a community setting. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are required.
