Job summary

NHS Lothian is seeking a part-time Band 7 Physiotherapy Team Lead to support the Pan Lothian Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team. You will provide leadership for neurological home and community care delivered via domiciliary visits, clinics, and virtual appointments across Lothian.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive clinical governance and service development, and ensure equitable, person-centred care for people with neurological conditions. Interviews are in person.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy with post-graduate leadership knowledge.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Experience in clinical governance and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic leadership for neurological community physiotherapy.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality, equitable patient care.
• Drive service development, innovation and continuous improvement across Lothian.
