1000scholars seeks a Research Assistant to support human neuroimaging research across MRI, MEG and EEG platforms. You will help with participant support and safe MRI operation, and assist in data collection and QA across studies.

Applicants should hold an honours degree in a related field and show knowledge of GDPR and data handling. The post is funded for two years and applications are welcome.

Competenze

• Honours degree in neuroscience, psychology, radiography, physics, engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with a neuroimaging modality such as MRI, MEG or EEG.
• Strong understanding of scientific research and data protection/GDPR principles.

Mansioni

• Consent study participants and support safe operation of the MRI environment.
• Operate imaging equipment following training and perform routine checks.
• Manage and curate data from imaging sessions and support QA procedures.
• Collaborate with researchers across the Department to ensure high data quality.
