As a Neurodiversity Support Lead at HMP Peterborough, you will develop and implement strategies tailored to residents with neurodivergent needs. Working closely with various stakeholders, your role focuses on providing essential support, ensuring inclusivity in education and skills programs, and fostering continuous improvement across the facility.
As a Neurodiversity Support Lead at HMP Peterborough, the UK's only prison that accommodates both male and female prisoners, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support residents with neurodivergent needs. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure education, skills, and work programs are inclusive and effective for all cohorts. Your role includes training staff, analysing data, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SEND resources and best practices. By adopting a whole-system approach, you will help individuals progress throughout their sentence and beyond, liaising with education managers, industry leads, probation teams, and other professionals to provide continuous support.

Salary up to £41,000 per annum
