Ideal For All Limited is seeking a Personal Assistant to support SU with ADHD and autistic neurodivergence, focusing on executive function strategies, body-doubling, and practical daily tasks. The role is part-time with structured hours across Mon/Tue/Wed with a floating 2-hour slot for flexibility.

Experience in neurodiversity support and a calm, proactive approach are essential. DBS check will be processed before starting. Compensation details reflect a part-time arrangement in the UK.

Qualificações

• Genuine understanding of neurodivergence (ADHD and autism).
• Calm, low-demand presence with strong active listening.
• High initiative to assess needs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful of personal space and routines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide body-doubling and practical executive function support.
• Assist with domestic tasks: resets, laundry, meal prep.
• Support routine maintenance, decluttering, and task initiation.
• Offer flexible floating support for community access and events.
• Where possible provide ADHD mentoring or executive function coaching.
