Job summary

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Neurodiversity Co-Production and Engagement Lead for a one-year Gloucestershire project. You will develop a co-production strategy, lead engagement activities and collaborate with NHS, local authority, and community partners to improve services for Neurodivergent adults.

You’ll work with Experts by Experience to ensure inclusive practices and translate lived experiences into actionable recommendations, driving system-wide change across Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Experience with co-production or working with Experts by Experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering a neurodiversity co-production strategy.
• Creating and leading engagement activities, events, surveys and feedback opportunities.
• Recruiting, training and supporting Experts by Experience.
• Building relationships with NHS, local authority and community partners.
• Facilitating safe, inclusive spaces for sharing experiences.
• Producing reports and recommendations to influence service development.
