Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Specialist Neurodevelopmental Practitioner – Social Worker for permanent, hybrid work with on-site clinics at TS23 2NW. The role involves autism and ADHD assessments for children via NHS/private pathways, remote history interviews, MDT discussions, and producing reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England.
• Experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments.
• Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
• Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions.
• Produce accurate clinical reports and diagnostic formulations.
• Deliver clinical supervision where applicable.
• Travel to a clinic base for in-person assessments as required.
• Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
