Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oakdale pathways and national guidelines (e.g., NICE).

Responsibilities

• Undertake comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments in line with Oakdale pathways and NICE guidelines.
• Conduct developmental history interviews and observations appropriate to background and competency.
• Gather, analyse and integrate multi-source information to inform robust clinical formulations.
• Formulate diagnostic outcomes independently on single-clinician pathways where appropriate.
• Participate in MDT discussions to co-produce final diagnostic conclusions.
• Utilise approved tech for dictation, transcription, and documentation, with clinical accountability.
• Communicate assessment outcomes clearly to clients, families and professionals.
