• Undertake comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments per Oakdale pathways and NICE guidelines, including developmental histories, observations, and multi-source data integration.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and complete documentation within set timescales; conduct risk assessments and safeguarding as required.
• Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and MDT formulations; communicate conclusions clearly to clients, families and external professionals.
• Manage workloads to optimize pathway flow and service delivery; escalate capacity constraints and service risks as needed.
• Maintain active professional registration, engage in supervision and ongoing professional development, and contribute to team improvements.
