Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the care industry.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to work on a rota including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of personal care including morning/evening routines.
• Assistance with transfers and mobility.
• Bladder and bowel management.
• Domestic duties, including meal preparation.
• Encouraging hobbies, outings and social engagement.
• Person-centred care and addressing complex clinical requirements.
