Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Healthcare Support Worker for neuro-rehabilitation at the Oxford Centre for Enablement. This linked Band 2–3 role offers progression to Band 3 upon meeting core competencies and involves 37.5 hours weekly, including nights, twilights and weekends.

The post requires at least 1 year in acute medicine or rehabilitation/disability; training is provided for right candidates and a patient-centred care ethos is essential.

Formación

• Good general education, educated to GCE level.
• Experience in rehabilitation or disability is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
