Brainkind is seeking a Bank Rehabilitation Support Worker in Horsham to support adults with acquired brain injuries alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. You will encourage independence, build confidence and help people achieve meaningful goals in a supportive environment.

No prior specific care experience is required; your personality and values are key. A manual Driving License is essential, and comprehensive training and development are provided to help you grow in your role.

Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise your workload.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with acquired brain injuries to promote independence and build confidence alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with daily rehabilitation activities and contribute to meaningful goals.
• Be able to administer medication or be trained to do so.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and smooth operation of shifts.
