Job summary

CYGNET is seeking compassionate Night Care Rehabilitation Assistants to support residents in Woodrowe House, a neurological complex care home near Markfield. You will work 38.5 hours weekly, maintain a clean environment and assist with daily activities within a supportive team.

DBS check is required and you will participate in mandatory training to ensure high standards of care. The role emphasizes effective communication, confidentiality, and adherence to home policies while enabling residents

• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• 38.5 hours per week in a care home setting.
• Maintain a tidy and clean environment for residents.
• Support effective team communication and inform senior staff of changes affecting residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection in all aspects of the home.
• Participate in mandatory training and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Know residentse2e7 care plans and provide appropriate support.
• Recognize when a resident is at risk and report immediately to a senior member of staff.
• Accurately document actions and care provided in line with home requirements.
