Job summary
Active Neuro, the neurorehabilitation division of Active Care Group, is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist for our Nottingham Brain Injury and Neurological Care Centre. You will manage complex neurological cases, including brain injury and polytrauma, and contribute to both inpatient and outpatient pathways with a patient-centred approach.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, using advanced rehab technologies and supporting junior staff, with opportunities for leadership and CPD
Qualifications
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with post-registration neurorehabilitation experience.
- Experience in complex physical rehabilitation including brain injury and polytrauma.
- Patient-centred, outcome-focused care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert assessment and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for patients with complex neurological conditions.
- Deliver specialist respiratory and tracheostomy care as part of a holistic rehabilitation plan.
- Contribute to planning and implementing physiotherapy programmes to support functional recovery.
- Utilise advanced rehabilitation technologies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Lead service development initiatives and contribute to clinical guidelines.
