Job summary

The Oakleaf Group in Hartwell, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team, focusing on brain injury and neurological rehabilitation. • Qualified Physiotherapist with professional registration (UK).
• Interest or experience in neurological rehabilitation and brain injury.
• Excellent communication, assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Devise, implement and regularly review resident-specific treatment programmes.
• Provide exercise programmes to promote mobility, strength, balance and wellbeing.
• Monitor and document residents’ progress and outcomes; produce high-quality reports.
