Active Neuro at Active Care Group seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team at Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will deliver specialist assessments and person-centred plans to help adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions regain independence.

HCPC registration and neurorehabilitation experience are essential; private sector or medico-legal exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist (essential).
• Experience in neurorehabilitation or neurological settings.
• Experience in private healthcare, independent rehab services, or medico-legal work advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions for individuals with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
• Develop and implement person-centred therapy plans to restore functional independence and daily living skills.
• Use creative, engaging programmes tailored to patient interests and goals.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic rehabilitation and inform care decisions.
• Supervise, mentor and support junior staff and students, sharing expertise.
• Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation, and contribute to discharge planning and outcome measurement.
