Job summary

Active Care Group is recruiting a Nurse Associate for Hunters Moor in Birmingham. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex neurological, spinal, and brain injuries.

The role involves supporting Registered Nurses, participating in care plans, and ensuring patient safety and dignity across day, night and weekend shifts. You will contribute to rehabilitation and ongoing care, including tracheostomy and respiratory support

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate qualification and current NMC Pin registration.
• Experience in healthcare with complex care needs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care in line with policies and standards.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation goals.
• Undertake delegated clinical duties including tracheostomy care where competent.
