Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree and be registered with the GPhC.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent; diploma or CPPE/RPS credentialling.
• Awareness of independent prescribing desirable or pursued.

Aufgaben

• Provide and develop clinical pharmacy services to the Oxfordshire Centre of Enablement (OCE) and the multidisciplinary Oxford Spasticity Service.
• Collaborate with neuro-rehabilitation teams to ensure safe, cost-effective medication practices.
• Support patient self-administration and medicines management with the AMR Directorate.
• Work with rotation pharmacists and ward-based staff to maintain safe and efficient medicines use.
• Contribute to strategic development of the service, including discharge processes and safe prescribing pathways.
• Maintain high standards of medicines stewardship and information exchange within the Trust.
