Job summary

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Advanced Rehab Support Worker for the Oxford Centre for Enablement. The role supports patients with complex neurological disability in an evolving rehabilitation service, with opportunities for development and a patient-centred MDT approach.

The post involves inpatient care for 3–6 months in a Level 2 neuro-rehabilitation setting, including weekend shifts, and a commitment to compassionate excellence in line with OUH values.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality rehabilitation support to patients with neurological disability.
• Participate in MDT planning and patient-centred care during 3–6 month inpatient stays.
• Support patients and families to promote independence and reintegration.
• Work within a Level 2 neuro-rehabilitation setting, following established pathways.
• Contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based care delivery.
