Government of The United Kingdom is seeking a skilled facilitator to lead Parent Support Groups using a solution-focused, neuro-affirming approach. You will adapt delivery to diverse needs, including English as a second language, and manage safeguarding and practical issues with independence and initiative.

You will liaise with the Lead Coordinator, prepare venues or virtual spaces, collect attendance, and provide feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Parent Support Groups using a solution-focused, neuro-affirming approach.
• Adapt delivery to diverse needs, including attendees with English as a second language and parents with their own support needs.
• Manage safeguarding and practical difficulties within the group and escalate as required.
• Maintain attendance registers and liaise with the Lead Coordinator in a timely manner.
• Organise and prepare venues or virtual meeting space to provide a welcoming, safe environment.
• Plan and prepare each session in advance, adapting plans to parents/carers and their children's ages.
• Provide verbal and written feedback as requested by the coordinators.
