  • Design scalable, secure and highly available network solutions using the best technology options within customer budgets, integrated with the wider technical estate
  • Lead solution presentations and technical discussions with customers, from engineering teams to C-suite, addressing concerns and building confidence in the design
  • Deliver and implement solutions when needed, moving flexibly between design and hands-on delivery depending on demand
  • Onboard customer networks into Support with high-quality pre- and post-installation documentation, robust monitoring thresholds and alerting, and clear patching schedules
  • Act as the escalation point for 1st and 2nd line faults, and upskill those teams through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Desirable Skills:
  • Cisco certifications: CCNP, CCDE or CCIE
  • Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS)
  • Fortinet certifications (NSE)
  • Pre-sales or solution consultancy exposure within an MSP
