Job summary

Connekt EV Charging is seeking a Network Support Assistant in East Kilbride to join our Operations team. You will provide remote technical and operational support across our charge point network, handling driver queries, monitor uptime, and coordinate with partners and manufacturers.

Working closely with the Network Manager, you will build expertise in our back-office systems, CRM (HubSpot), and case management while delivering a friendly, efficient service to drivers and venues.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, including inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficient with CRM systems to log and manage tickets.
• Basic understanding of computers, networking and connectivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document handling.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle driver support calls and charger host tickets via calls and emails, coordinating any required action with field partners.
• Provide ongoing networking and connectivity support to support and maintenance partners.
• Monitor charge point status and connectivity across the network, identifying faults.
• Liaise with charger manufacturers to resolve faults when necessary.
• Set up and maintain system data in our EV back-office software, including partners, locations, and terminals.
• Remotely diagnose and resolve connectivity issues during live installs.
