Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a Network Strategy Analyst to shape the future of our supply chain network. You will analyse data, model scenarios and provide actionable insights to optimise distribution, fulfilment and transport.

In this role, you’ll collaborate across functions to validate assumptions, develop capacity forecasts and support long-term planning for growth and improved customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, network planning or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/SQL data analysis experience.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, transport networks and fulfilment processes.
• Experience building forecasts, models, or business cases.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and automation in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve the supply chain network strategy through analysis and modelling.
• Conduct network modelling and scenario analysis for distribution, fulfilment and transport strategies.
• Analyse operational and commercial data to identify opportunities to improve network performance.
• Support strategic network design with data collection, forecasting and recommendations.
• Develop capacity forecasts to support long-term planning.
• Monitor network utilisation and identify capacity constraints across warehousing and transport.
• Create reports, dashboards and KPIs showing network trends and performance.
• Produce financial, operational and sensitivity analyses for business cases and investments.
• Evaluate automation solutions and emerging technologies in fulfilment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions and translate insights into actions.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives for growth.
