What You’ll be Doing:

• Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and be a decision maker within the security team; advise those working directly with you on best practices and support from a 3rd Line perspective.
• Develop peers and colleagues through mentoring and leadership, providing trustworthy honest feedback.
• Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds to enable implementation of customer projects.
• Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation.
• Ensure safeguarding sensitive customer information to maintain trustworthiness of BT.
• Experience in agile, lean, evidence-based, and human-centered design frameworks.
• Able to simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly.
• Design user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
• Motivated team player, able to work collaboratively on features impacting customers.
• Own production platforms and products from inception to continuous improvement.

What we'd like to see on your CV:

• FCSS / CCNP or Fortinet Network Security Certification
• Nutanix Certified Associate (NCA)
• WAF/Loadbalancer experience
• Dynamic Routing Protocol knowledge
• Experience in prototyping, testing solutions, and running lean and iterative processes.
• Familiarity with designing user journeys, service maps, documentation, user flows, and wireframes.
