Job summary

NCC Group seek Network Security Researchers to join their National Security Business Unit, tackling challenging cyber security projects for a wide range of clients. The role involves researching new solutions, evaluating existing client systems for security fundamentals, and mentoring colleagues to grow capacity and capability.

The candidate will contribute to technical reporting, client tooling, and leading a technology capability area, while maintaining a high level National Security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting research activities in cyber security or related field.
• Technical knowledge of network protocols and the OSI model.
• Requires high level National Security clearance and ability to maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Research new and innovative security solutions for client problems.
• Assess client solutions to validate security fundamentals.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; contribute to project reporting and tooling.
