Job summary

Liberty Blume is seeking a Specialist - Network and Premise Inventory in Bradford. You will act as the SME for Network and Premise inventory, ensuring data accuracy and governance while guiding operational delivery and service development.

You will rely on your analytical skills to resolve data issues and support customer requirements. You will coach teams, develop guidance and training, and contribute to continuous improvement across inventory processes, aligning with KPI/SLA expectations and

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Network Inventory, Premise Inventory or asset data management.
• Strong understanding of inventory governance and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting operational teams as a technical specialist.
• Strong analytical and investigation skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply technical network documentation (SLDs, FAS, PON test results).
• Experience operating within KPI and SLA-driven environments.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Network Inventory and Premise Inventory services.
• Maintain inventory standards, process documentation and governance controls.
• Interpret and validate technical network documentation (SLDs, FAS, PON tests).
• Provide technical guidance on complex inventory scenarios and data issues.
• Support interpretation of customer requirements and industry standards.
• Coach and mentor operational teams on inventory processes and standards.
• Develop operational guidance and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, controls and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
