Network Partnership Director

This is a Hybrid Working role with a requirement to attend our London Farringdon office, with flexibility required in line with business needs.

As Partnership Director you will focus on delivering quantifiable results that improve the profitability of one of our biggest network partners and RM/PFW. You will do this through optimising inbound and outbound Quality of Service, developing new products and services development, and driving aggressive sales growth of our network partner's import into the UK, and RM/PFW export into the EU, North America and Asia.
About the role
Relationship Management:
This role will reframe the current relationship with our network partner and ensure that all aspects of RM/PFW are aligned to support the mutual growth of both them and RM
The role will build a culture of co-operation and support between all of their network partners
Whilst the key interface will be into their International MD and their central team, the role will also need to build close working relationships with the individual country CEO's in the EU and North America, as well as their central Business Development function
Product and Service Development & Implementation:
Ensure that all core RM/PFW products are available to our network partner on a systemised network basis through their technology platform , and add new products as they become available
Work with individual countries to develop bespoke large customer solutions where necessary, and perform all elements of customer onboarding
Work alongside their central team to develop innovative new products and services to respond to changing market and customer dynamics
Ensure that their operational processes and IT systems are seamlessly integrated to ours
Pricing
Become an expert in the workings of the pricing system and ensure accuracy of all pricing for RM/PFW products to optimise profitability
Quality of Service:
Measure, monitor and optimise end-to-end quality of service
Ensure RM/PFW streams are receiving adequate QofS throughout their system, deep-diving into countries that have issues to identify corrective actions
Manage the domestic UK QofS for our network partners countries to ensure +95% quality at all times
Sales Growth:
Drive double digit sales growth for import to UK volumes by working alongside their country sales teams to push UK specific customer solutions
Provide training and support to UK Export sales teams as well as in-country support for their sales teams
Project Management and Prioritisation:
Act as the single point of contact for all matters, ensuring adequate prioritisation of the right key issues and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver their outputs to time and specification
Network Partner Agreement:
Own the ongoing development and negotiation of the contractual agreements to ensure they adequately reflect the operating environment
About you
To truly excel in role, you will possess the necessary skills and experience listed below
Proven industry cross-functional experience showing a well-rounded background across sales, operations, marketing and senior level stakeholder management
Strong experience implementing and managing complex solutions
Adept at conflict resolution and able to expertly navigate tricky situations
Strong experience working and delivering results in an international and multi-cultural environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
Working level German language an advantage
