Job summary

RedRock Resourcing represents a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced senior manager to own its enterprise hosting and network environment. The role oversees a team of engineers, governance, and the resilience of business-critical technology.

You will shape strategy, manage suppliers, drive automation and IaC, and act as the senior escalation point for infrastructure risk and resilience, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hosting and/or network teams in a regulated environment (ideally financial services).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, data centres and network operations.
• Track record of improving operational maturity, governance and controls.
• Good understanding of infrastructure risk, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
