Qualifications

• Strong background in network operations or infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of routing & switching technologies.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and optimise the organisation’s LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents.
• Act as the escalation point for Service Desk and high-priority network issues.
