Wifinity is seeking a seasoned L3 Network Engineer to join our Network Operations Centre in the UK. You will act as the highest technical escalation point for complex incidents, major outages, and problem investigations across our nationwide network estate.
You will mentor L2 Engineers, lead troubleshooting across wired, wireless and WAN infrastructure, and drive improvements in standards, automation and documentation while supporting strategic customer projects.
Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.
And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in University accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.
Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.

As an L3 Network Engineer within our Network Operations Centre (NOC), you will act as the highest technical escalation point for complex network incidents, majoroutagesand problem management across our estate. You will play a critical role inmaintainingthe stability, resilience and performance of our wired,wirelessand WAN infrastructure while supporting the delivery of strategic customer projects.
You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of enterprise networking technologies whilst mentoring engineers and influencing the future direction of our network.
This role plays an integral part in ensuring operational excellence, improving customerexperienceand supporting the continued growth of the business.
The teamis responsible forproviding the highest level of technical support across Network Operations and playsan important roleinmaintainingthe stability,securityand continuous improvement ofWifinity'snationwide network infrastructure.
Your role will consist of the following responsibilities:
