Job Summary

We seek a Network Engineer with at least 5 years of experience, CCNA certification, and knowledge of network protocols, wireless protocols, SD-WAN, and SASE. This is a remote role with occasional travel and requires a full UK driving license.

This role involves working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, and participation in an on-call rota.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting network issues across layers and platforms
• Supporting and maintaining cloud WAF
• Performing routine maintenance and upgrades
• Collaborating with IT teams
• Implementing Meraki, Ubiquiti, and SASE solutions
• Supporting incident resolution
• Maintaining documentation
• Traveling for on-site support
• Staying updated with industry trends

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in network engineering
• Proficiency with network protocols and wireless security
• Current CCNA or higher certification
• Understanding of SD-WAN and SASE
• Experience with Cisco Meraki hardware
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and remote work skills
• Full UK driving license

Preferred:

• Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIA)
• Experience with cloud networking, automation, security
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools
