Job summary

Universal Music Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to own infrastructure delivery and migrations within the Network Build Team. You will lead technical ownership of infrastructure projects and applications, ensuring design compliance with security standards and operational requirements.

The role requires strong enterprise networking experience, CCNP or higher, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT/network experience in large-scale environments.
• Experience delivering customer-facing presentations (2+ years).
• Experience configuring firewalls (Palo Alto preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network enhancements and deployment efforts.
• Develop and implement migration plans.
• Design configurations for network and security equipment.
• Install network and security equipment to support designs.
• Hand over work to operations with documentation and training.
• Maintain complete project documentation.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and IT.
• Review proposed solutions for quality delivery.
• Ensure alignment of expectations and plans.
• Coordinate with service providers for delivery and testing.
• Troubleshoot with vendors and other teams to resolve builds.
• Adhere to ITIL-based incident, problem and change processes.
