We have an exciting opportunity to join Capgemini as a Network Operations Analyst supporting a variety of Private & Public sector clients within our vast portfolio. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides support at all levels for a multitude of technologies across complex landscapes, delivering expertise to ensure a stable, secure, efficient, and well-managed infrastructure throughout each solution's lifecycle. Hybrid working: The work location will vary based on your role, needs, and business requirements, combining Company offices, client sites, and your home. Note that full-time remote work is not available.

Your role

As part of the Network Operations Centre, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and our collective capabilities through a mix of RUN and Project activities with other Network Analysts. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Troubleshooting and configuring enterprise networks.
2. Managing network incident diagnostics and resolution.
3. Implementing network changes.
4. Supporting project tasks alongside Project Managers.
5. Enhancing your skills through training, certifications, and hands-on experience.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience supporting enterprise networks with relevant technical certifications.
• In-depth experience with Cisco ACI software-defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod).
• Experience supporting firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, AnyConnect).
• Knowledge of enterprise Wi-Fi technologies, including Cisco WLC.
• Troubleshooting routing issues (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).

Your security clearance

Obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance is required. To qualify, you must have resided continuously in the UK for the last 5 years and meet other criteria. During recruiting, questions about your eligibility for security clearance will be asked, including residency and nationality details.
